Our client in Cyprus is a service provider active in the booming iGaming industry. They support various gaming platforms and provide support for the players. In the role of VIP Agent, you’ll serve as a trusted account manager to the Finnish speaking VIP customers within iGaming. These are the big players and you will be there for support, whether technical or emotional, keep them happy, informed and provide them with anything they might need, all the while building a trustworthy relationship with them. This will be done through outbound and pro-active outreach either by phone or email and at this point you can also make a nice commision with some smart upselling.
You’re a good fit for the job if you
- Speak native level Finnish and can communicate in English with colleagues
- Have previous experience or good insight in online gaming
- Are trustworthy, target oriented and have a passion for sales and service
- Feel comfortable working in a computer environment
- Great interpersonal skills
- Are a relationship builder
