On behalf of our client, we are searching for a motivated Client Manager who would like to develop and bring in previous experience from customer service or marketing. Spotzer Digital is one of the leading Digital Marketing Platforms and provides services such as developing websites, digital advertisement, and client management. You will be joining their Headquarters in the heart of Amsterdam, surrounded by canals and beautiful laneways.

A typical day at the office
After arriving in the office, you get started by having your first coffee and a chat with your colleagues about the tasks of the day. These include managing clients' questions and requests from inbound and outbound calls and emails as well as overseeing the full cycle project management of a website. You will be the key point of contact for various business owners based in Switzerland and ensure that your clients are provided with all information about our services and the throughout support.
The ideal candidate
- Has great communications skills in Swiss German and English (both written and oral)
- Brings along previous experience from a customer service-oriented field (customer service, sales, marketing e.g.)
- Has a keen interest in digital marketing and digitalization in general
- Is a team player and a pro in multitasking
